Recently we started getting this error in Adaxes

Some fields couldn't be loaded. Failed to get the mailbox usage information. Failed to commit the change on object "NAMPR19DG505-db292" because access is denied.

This started about a week ago, in the interim we upgraded to 2025.1 but the issue persists. I reviewed our 365 Permissions and the API permissions are correct but the issue persists. This is occuring with Exchange Online only:

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the Get-MailboxStatistics cmdlet. It is not related to Adaxes. You can check the following article for details: https://easyentra.com/get-mailboxstatistics-failed. At the same time, there is no possibility to force Adaxes to use the latest version of the ExchangeOnlineManagement PowerShell module. The feature will be available in upcoming update for Adaxes 2025.1.
