2025 portal loading slower

Hi everyone,

We upgraded to version 2025 on Saturday, and today we've received complaints about the portal's performance being slower than before.

Our setup consists of three servers behind an nginx load balancer, and based on our monitoring statistics (comparing last Friday to today), I can confirm there is indeed a performance degradation.

Has anyone else experienced similar performance issues in their environment after upgrading to the 2025 version?

For troubleshooting purposes, please post here or send us (support@adaxes.com) a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.
