I wanted to provide an update on our recent performance improvements:
After implementing changes to our IIS configuration, we've observed a substantial performance boost in portal loading times—down to approximately 5 seconds from the previous 20 seconds. This represents a 75% reduction in wait time.
It's worth noting that these improvements were achieved without any modifications to the RBAC structure or server hardware upgrades.
While the overall performance has significantly improved, our helpdesk team occasionally still reports intermittent slowdowns when accessing specific sections (particularly when loading user groups). Interestingly, these issues tend to resolve themselves quickly, with performance returning to the new, faster baseline shortly afterward.
We'll continue monitoring the situation to identify any patterns in these occasional slowdowns.
