Receiving Directory Service is unavailable in Administration Console for new server 2019.1. Have verified Firewall is disabled and the AdaxesBackend service is running. There are no recent log files in the Adaxes Event Logs.

Hello Larry,

There are two services related to Adaxes and each of them should be running. Please, make sure that both Softerrra Adaxes Service and AdaxesBackend services are running. Once done, refresh the service node in Adaxes Administration Console.
