Configure available licenses in a Microsoft 365 tenant
When you register a Microsoft 365 tenant in Adaxes for the first time, you can select which license plans will be displayed and which services will be enabled by default when assigning a license to a user. If you later purchase a new license plan, you need to enable it in the tenant configuration before you can manage it via Adaxes. If you no longer want a plan to be visible, you can disable it the same way.
To configure which license plans are available in a specific Microsoft 365 tenant:

Launch Adaxes administration console.

On the computer where Adaxes administration console is installed, open Windows Start menu.

Click Adaxes Administration Console.

In the Console Tree, expand the Adaxes service node (the
icon represents service nodes). -
Navigate to Configuration / Cloud Services and select Microsoft 365.

In the Result Pane on the right, right-click a Microsoft 365 tenant.

In the context menu, click Edit.

Activate the Tenant details tab.

Select the checkboxes next to the plans you want visible in Adaxes and clear the checkboxes next to the plans you want to hide.

To change which services are enabled by default when a license plan is assigned, click on that plan and configure the services in the dialog that opens.
